REUTERS American Technology delays filing 10-K due to audit adjustments Dec 15 (Reuters) - American Technology Corp. <ATCO.O> on Thursday said it was not able to file its 10-K form for fiscal 2005 by the Dec. 14 due date because of delays in completing audit adjustments. The company said audit adjustments to date have resulted in the identification of material weaknesses in its internal control over financial reporting, and it will report that internal control over financial reporting was not effective as of Sept. 30. The sound reproduction technology company said it expected 2005 fiscal-year revenue to be $10.2 million, compared with $5.8 million a year earlier. American Technology said it expects to file its 10-K by Dec. 29. (Reporting by Saumyadeb Chakrabarty in Bangalore)
