Tax receipts are way up. JFK is not a great eg. Everyone trys to leverage his popularity. RR is a good example and although adjustments need to be made at times, low tax is the way to go. I fully expect an adjustment today as well because it is delusional to think that we can cut essential programs anymore. Yes there is fat but it is fat we cannot get at. I expect a deal.
