I like CYMI as a long, EUV is about 5-7 years from fruition and DUV technology is prime for the .25 micron geometry coming on in about six months. The issue is not EUV but whether existing steppers, etc can be modified to handle the .25 micron. Modification is much cheaper than buying excimer lasers from CYMI. My sense is that modification will not lead to effective results so CYMI is the way to go. As always, the market needs time to figure these things out.

CYMI is having a conference call today, listen to it before taking action. I will listen to it too and look at the chart later.
