How are the law libraries in New Orleans? Is Tulane's open
yet? How about the one in the Louisiana Supreme Court?

I do 99% of my research online. It's quicker. Simply print stuff that looks pertinent, then read it carefully later. Supreme Court and 5th Cir. are fine, but TU is closed so cannot say.

I wouldn't spend too much on the flood immunity issue, it looks open and shut to me. On the other hand, I've been wrong before.
