No no no. I am all for adjustments when overshooting but RR went after spending as well as taxes. In the end Bush 41 tax increase was a tweak followed by a clinton tweak which would have led to a gore tweak follwoed by a kerry tweak. Once it starts it never stops.
An adjustment may be necessary now too but if followed by democratic rule watch out. I would rather have deficits than krugonomics. mike
