To: Distribution Agent ([distagent@soedistributionplan.com] Will the SOES web site be updated as to when the checks were actually mailed out? I understood from my attorney that the amount distributed should be 100% of the monies lost by each investor who got their proof of loss in on time, assuming their claims were approved. Was this actually the case after all expenses for distribution were taken into account? From:distagent [distagent@soedistributionplan.com] "The web site will be updated shortly.
