12/15/2005 AGRX Drug maker AlgoRx withdraws IPO plans AlgoRx Pharmaceuticals, a developer of pain-lessening therapies, withdrew its IPO filing Thursday evening. The company cited changing market conditions as the reason for withdrawal. CS First Boston and Citigroup were originally slated as the lead underwriters on the deal.
