Thanks Nadine. One would have to be a little suspicious of the 11 million one way tickets as I can imagine that there might have been a bit of "body count" syndrome in there, which would boost payments to the shippers who were perhaps on a commission-only or quota system and they wouldn't want to fall short in their body-count targets, a bit like Americans kiling "Vietcong" reported absurdly high body-counts. We found out in My Lai how some of the body-count numbers were achieved. By the time the Adolfs Eichman and Hitler had got up to 100, the rest was just a matter of efficiency and numbers. Quantitatively it was different, but qualitatively not. 3 million is already a LOT. The other 8 million is "more of the same". Why did Adolf Hitler have such a bee in his bonnet over Jews anyway? Was it something in Austria when he was growing up or what? Come to think of it, why does anyone? Okay, it's another wacky religion, but there are lots of religions. They all seem to be at each others' throats. I guess that's enough to explain it. Protestants and Catholics do it too and they are nominally the same brand. Same with Shite and Sunni. Hutu/Tutsi?
