Worth the effort to do some serious DD on CalValley... Read the latest PR about what their wells are capable of. Hiswah 6 "tested" 3500 bpd. Now saying that well is capable of 15,000 (of sweet 35 API no less). Installing 9,000 bpd ESP. Just drilled offset well with an even longer horizontal section. Just started trucking first production of 2,000 bpd. Will increase to 10,000 in a few months which is the practical maximum until the 50K bpd pipeline is finished in Q4 Going to blow thru guidance if these wells actually perform as they now say they will... Highly prospective block. Already have 3 other discoveries. Listen to the webcast. Around 20+ wells to be drilled next year. Management has been extremely conservative with guidance. And then, out of the blue, they announce a well that tested 3500 can actually produce 15000? With one well, they can produce more net production than all of TransGlobe's production combined...
