I'd be willing to bet quite a fair chunk of change that we find out a bit of that kind of monitoring has been done as well, without warrants- of course we probably won't find out for 30 years. That certainly would not surprise me; nor did this. It all concerns me but what concerns me as much is the docility of the press. I'm definitely glad to see this come out but I'm struck by how little the press does to investigate these things.
