I see AGC as having similar potential to Kimber of 2 or 3 years ago. Although not 43-101 compliant yet, over 600,000 oz of the 726,000 oz resource were assessed by MR as Measured and Indicated. As CC notes, the gold is there! I think once they start drilling there's a good chance they'll prove up 1 million oz, and there's lots of further exploration potential at Mara Rosa. IMO it's cheap because it had the dot h attached for a long time, as well as lack of knowledge of the history of mining and excellent infrastructure in that part of Brazil. From the AGC website...

<<A 2.6 kilometer anomalous zone of gold defined by soil sampling and geophysics occurs along strike from Posse. A number of drill ready targets are reported from this zone. There is a strong possibility of increasing the resource at Posse by the discovery of one or more steep shoots of mineralisation along this north east trend or extension.>>

With market cap of only about $8 million (US), you get the gold for about $10 an ounce. Cheap. If I had any cash I'd be buying more!

Best regards,
Howy
