I suspect it will be a long time before enough facts are established to begin to guess. Then it depends how willing Congress is to let the Executive tear up the Constitution as they please when they say it's necessary. Hell, if we scrapped the entire Bill of Rights we could have a much more effective police and security state tomorrow, right? Hardly the goal, however, not for America.
