Hell, if we scrapped the entire Bill of Rights we could have a much more effective police and security state tomorrow, right? Hardly the goal, however, not for America. You sure? I think some of the neo-con forces would like to do nothing more. This all reminds me of the late 60s and early 70s when the forerunners of the neo-cons in the Nixon White House ran roughshod over the constitution. To quote Yogi Berra,"It's deja vu all over again."
