Do you not feel that wartime is different from peacetime as relates to this kind of surveillance? Or do you not think we are at war--War on Terror, not iraq is what would justify it? You didnt reply about the 3000 dead you dismissed when you said we could rebuild blown up buildings but not the constitution. Dont those folks count. And if it could be proven to you with 100% certainty that such an operation prevented the death of another 3000 americans, would you still argue against it. One more question--do you think FDR goofed with the camps for japanese americans?
