It hardly benefits the whites to riot, in fact, it is to their disadvantage -- unless the rioting can be linked to the War against Terrorism and thus to introduction of oppressive "anti-terror" legislation which will entitle the authorities to interefere with the liberty of all the people, especially those suspected of "terrorist" affiliation.
