I delivered a sofa set to a party in San Jose California a few days ago. The person was a web technician working for a company that creates web sites for mortgage companies ONLY. Their total staff is 40 people. He told me their business has slowed down a lot and everyone in his company are looking for jobs elsewhere.

I am amazed of how many people around me are employed by this boom.
