I've read the document and many of The Federalist Papers. There is no way that ads are the equivalent of, say, newspapers. Or even a TV show. They have always been regulated and there are all kinds of restrictions on what they can contain and who funds them.

Ads are not free speech. Never have been.

Alleged people like you are why IQ tests should be required to register to vote.
