Time to declare victory and start bringing the troops home.
If Bushies can agree on that then we're all in agreement. Time to make Iraqis fend for themselves and give our troops a break. Give the tax-payers a break too.

Bush is about to ask for another 100 billion. All on the national credit card. Enough is enough.
