Bush is guilty of surveiling American citizens. That's chilling. Think what Americans Bushies might like to surveil.

- Not Saudis, Bush told the FBi hands off the Saudis in 2000
- Not rightwing extremist groups.

- Powerful Democrats, yes. To find out what they're up to.
- The Kerry Campaign. Did they?
- Whistleblowers. Remember what happened to that guy who wrote "Fortunate Son"? Dead within 12 months. Who knows?
- Prosecutors indicting Bushies. Maybe.
- Peace groups. The rightwing has a habit of targeting peaceful protest groups ilke the Quakers.
- Powerful journalists. To head off embarrasing revelations in the press. yes.
- Rival oil groups. Of course.
- George Soros types. Maybe. Why not?
etc. etc.

Arlen Specter wants a list of all the people surveiled and wire-tapped. Good show, Arlen. You're a good Republican and do nthe GOP proud. And you know what, bet there are not a lot of actual terrorist suspects on the list. Mainly other people "of interest".

Scary, ut I know Bushies too well.
