Bush on the hand was looking for actual terrorists who would he believed try to do another 9/11. No doubt that is what he thought. What worries me is Cheney's enemies list. Bush is a sucker for for the pep talk , to be tough, to snear, to break any rule, for justice. The trouble is that Bush has no way to know if the people that Cheney sends him after are enemies of the state, or just someone investigating Haliburton. It's not Bush's heart that is a danger, it's his isolation. TP
