Another press release from Avant....what a surprise.

Let's take a close look at these transactions.

1) Avant agrees to take COMPASS off VLSI's hands for 17.5 milllion in cash and over 500,000 shares of stock with a current market value of 17.5 million.

2) VLSI then "decides" to place a $21 million order with Avant. True to form, the indisputable leader in hype does not reveal the details of the transaction - for example, how many years will this order be spread out over.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this commonly referred to as a "circle jerk"?

Perhaps Mr. Hsu and the rest of the filthy crooked bastards who run Avant are practicing some skills they will require in prison.
