Does this mean that you disagree with the US Supreme Court decision in Kelo v City of New London, saying that it is okay to take privately owned property for "private use"?

The point of this question is to determine whether you believe that both the President of the US and the Supreme Court are bound by the US Constitution since they both have sworn to uphold it.
