Not much to speculate about. He was pretty open about his belief that FEMA was just another government entitlement program that needed to be eliminated.

Then you believe that Tim and others are feigning their surprise when that issue is brought up? That they know damn well that that's the goal.......because I grow tired of these conversations where you have to provide incredible detail as support for what's so blatantly obvious before they will believe you.
