If we are really talking about enemy combatants and potential traitors then it should be plenty easy to get a warrant, shouldn't it?

It's funny, you don't seem to trust government much when it comes to spending money, but when it comes to abridging freedom, or privacy, you don't seem to bat an eyelash (because in your opinion, we're just talking about the rights of "combatants" and "potential traitors"- even though without any court hearing the people in question could be far from combatants or traitors). That seems illogical. I trust government less with my freedom and privacy (or your freedom and privacy), than I do with my money, I feel there will be large mistakes made with both, but I'm less worried about mistakes made with money, than mistakes made with civil liberties.
