USWD will have a conference call for analysts on Tuesday after the close of the market. There may be an announcement related to the GTE wireless business roll-out or the signing of agrements with other wireles carriers. The exposure should help boost the stock. USWD now has a core management team and business agreements in place to move forward on their business plan. If it mets with just modest success, this stock should take off over the next few months. I have heard that they are close to securing an additional $3,000,000 in capital which should easily allow them to seek NASDAQ listing and push forward with operations. I don't know the details of this financing but that should come out tommorrow.
