Rich: I am in total agreement with you. Since I have been dealing directly with the company, I have come to believe that the stock situation was the result of the direct link with IOMEGA. I do believe that they made a grave error by not having some kind of assurance from IOMEGA before dedicating all of their business to them.

I don't believe that they are thieves, but that doesn't mean that the rest of the market doesn't believe it. Since I received a copy of Mr. Law's speech to shareholders, which I forwarded to as many people as requested it, I was able to get a good idea of how little the shareholders trusted the management. I must say that the response to Mr. Law's speech was very positive and that some of the people, like me, who had lost a great deal of money, were less negative after reading the speech.

Finally, just like you, if I had a $5 stock and someone offered me $20, I would take it. On the other hand, if I were the President of a company and saw that the stock was being driven to unreasonable highs due to hype, I would feel obligated to at least issue a warning. remember that this stock went from $9 to $17 in a matter of days and then on to $21 without a peep from Mr. Law.

Just my 2 Cents.

P.S. I'm sure that today's drop back to the all-time low of 1 1/2 is not helping my state of mind.
