Excuse me, but "if they found something, and there was no warrent," they simply pre-emptively arrest,
render to undisclosed location for interrogation according to the law(we do not torture),
pressure family, friends and associates to rat them out,
conduct aggressive investigations,
prevent any meetings with counsel,
change the charges as circumstances require and then,
three years later after finding nothing,
release the suspect with a warning that if they make any public statements about their experience
they will be arrested again. |
