I agree with you 100% on all the political policies you mention, and I have found I can air all those views, and more, without any fear of offending Dale as long as I don't make my views in to a personal attack on someone else. The original post which elicited this comment, e, was ever so slightly tongue in cheek. I just wanted to make it clear, once again, that I'm no centrist. What Dale has allowed to happen here and which he nurses along is a spot where folk can talk about politics the way it should be discussed. I like the general rule which seems to be for policies to be discussed on their merits, to discourage personal attacks, as well as motive mongering. Such efforts always live on a knife edge on SI, however, because it is what it is. But so far so good. I think it will take more than just Dale's efforts to keep it that way.
