...although a "solid Biotech stock" can mean
different things. It is a little tricky for the
less serious investor to choose between leverage
with a vision, and a scientifically solid biotech,
that might just flounder.

Not to mention the difference between vison and delusion!
(Was gene therapy a delusion all along?)

It may be as simple as microcaps are more volatile--or
more likely, you actually have to have a sense for the
drugs/molecules that are likely to win or lose.
(But then Rigel, whack!)
And does it matter--if you trade out before they fail?
And can you just ride a biotech cycle and throw some
darts--which works every few years too.

I am still trying to wrap my little brain around the
trick to this. Could it be greater effort, a clear
unmuddled mind and intelligence finds better stocks--
and also makes better trades. Gasp!
