While I respect what guys like you and Mish say you really need to get out there more and see the incredible wealth a certain demographic of our population has attained of late. You need to travel and see how full the planes are, how full hotels are. There is more going on than meets the eye.. Yeah no doubt more overextended folks today than ever too will be hurt but they don't do the bulk of discretionary spending or creation of jobs.. They just downscale a bit and start over..

And no one a bigger bear on coastal housing than I<g> But remember last time out commercial RE nationwide plunged up to 70%, many of the same residential RE markets that are bubbles today also plunged, our S&L industry was insolvent and yet we still survived and ushered in a period of great prosperity. If anything more and more signs continue to point to reflation being a success. Chose to ignore if you wish..
