This is indeed within my expectations, however
you will be surprised to find out how many companies
do not apply their readily willingness to cooperate.
(Perhaps not really, i have no idea of your experience)

For me, a very important issue to check prior to my
taking the company (very) seriously or not.
I might add of course that this only one of the
indications i check for my DD.
