When you imitate the ostrich always remember what part of your anatomy is most exposed. You must have selective blindness when it comes to seeing the truth - why don't you refute the James N. Turek bankruptcy facts by providing verifiable evidence of your version of the truth? Get Turek to issue a press release denying what it says on Pacer, and tell him to provide the audit and financial details of his version of his financial state. Until you can, I'll believe the court documents and the US Trustee's version of the truth.
