Bigs personally I'm liquidating everything I have left cause I live in a RE bubble market and I'm also really tired of messing with the stock market. Just dispute whether cash will be king or cash will be trash. For me buying cheap RE way below replacement cost with good cash flow is always the safest and easiest ticket to continued prosperity.
