Ha ha. I put up my last post before reading this one.

An eBay spokesman says the company may not have reached out to Mr. Wieber during his early years, but says it has added customer support to rectify the problem

They may have added support people but those people have absolutely no idea what they are talking about. TOTALLY USELESS. I mean why would eBay pay people who are basically totally useless?

BAD MANAGEMENT.

I also forgot to add that I never even bother to use eBay for anything large anymore. Craiglist has take all that business. If I can't sell it on Craigs I don't bother on eBay. Selling on half is a hassle, selling on eBay is a GIANT hassle.

The weird thing is that eBay COULD improve upon these problem without investing much money. I mean there are a lot of simple mistakes they make that would be very easy to fix IF they would use their clients knowledge.
