Never blame the messenger for a crook's crimes. The messenger didn't help "the enemy" at all. All our enemies know we have the ability to spy on them. Bush could have legally done it too, just needed to get permission within 72 hours. He didn't, deliberately. Why? What's so secret about who he's wiretapping that he couldn't tell a court?
