Poor you. You cannot face facts and so you try to discredit the sources, but you are failing badly at it.

Why don't you put in that call to Turek and ask him to go on the public record about what is wrong with the US Trustee and the Pacer information.

While you're doing that, get a definite date for the release of the audited financials.
