It is hard to tell without a picture but this sentence implies an additional card is required:
"Expand your view across two monitors for more workspace. Option requires ADD2 card for additional display adapter."

Also, if there is both a VGA connector and a DVI-I connector present then you can extract analog VGA from the DVI-I connector with a pinout adapter. This is how most dual-monitor cards currently support two analog monitors.
