09:09 SNDK SanDisk: NAND Flash Prices weaken in Dec; moving incrementally more cautious again -- UBS (58.04 ) -Update- Firm comments that declines in NAND spot and retail pricing is beginning to reflect recent discounting by retailers and card manufacturers since the holiday sales season began. Firm says this indicates a more normal NAND Flash ASP decline trend has recently emerged though qtr-to-date price levels still indicate a tighter than seasonal supply condition persists overall. UBS believes the risk/reward is now unfavorably balanced given the recent run up in the face of accelerating ASP declines. Firm has Neutral rating with $55 tgt (22x C2006 est).
