re: It would seem an incredibly tiny percentage HAS been denied for one year, 4 out of 1727 in 2003! Wonder why so few were denied? Could it be that the ones that would probably have been denied were the ones they DIDN'T take them to the court? Now somebody with some ethics and power really needs to find out who it was they were listening to on those occasions they were afraid to take it to the court. John
