I received a letter today listing those who are entitled to share in the 10% Share Pool and the amount of their losses.

I appears to me that Walsh is coming out of the grave to screw us one more time. Of the Claimants listed, the Walsh Foundation has a claim for $18,272,145. I haven't added up the total ... but my rough estimate is they have about 60% of the Share Pool.

So let's see ... Walsh rips off all the BreX investors, gratuitously puts a few sheckles into a charitable foundation and they use those ill-gotten gains to take a lion's share of the Share Pool. Go figger.
