In regard to your prior post, Tetradecol is not a replacement for their laser product, more of an add-on. The laser is for treatment of the primary cause of venous insufficiency (normally the saphenous vein). After a laser treatment, this refluxing scars down, and therefore all the downstream connecting varicose veins will get smaller. Sodium tetradecol is used to treat spider veins and other larger veins - I don't think this is ever really used to treat the saphenous vein.

The reason this is important, is that most people who treat these spider veins use something like polydocanol, which is available, but not FDA approved for this indication - it is an off-label use. Sodium tetradecol is the only US FDA approved chemical for this treatment. Problem is that its very pricey, and I'm not sure how cost effective it is when polydocanol is much cheaper.

For me this is a long-term holding. I'm happy when it goes up, and I add more when it drops. I'm not going to try to do any market timing and buy/sell because I've never been very successful at this in the past. It may be nearing full value for the moment, but I see no signs of them slowing down in sales growth in the near future.

Let me know what you think of the conference call.
