Stan has already stepped aside to the research side of company. I don't think you will find a replacement that can match his ground breaking path. I think Stan has developed enough trails for the next generation to follow for a while.

Any company that can last 40 years with out making much profits from products. Using patents and machine building skills to survive has got to have some talented people on board that would be hard to replace once gone.

Slowly the world and it's problems environment,pollution ,energy and information are catching up to Stan solutions. I guess If ECD would have stuck to one field or two the company may have been profitable by now.

I would have to say the company and world are better off in the long run. All that potential just waiting for next generation.
