Well anyone who can think and comprehend what current technology means knows that the only way to cope with the current world in terms of beef up the resources is only having a dedicated Fisa Court and Judge assigned to every intel agent 24/7 wherever they are. I think that is dumb. It is far smarter to let the dog eat some homework. On the other hand is stopping another 911 really such a big deal????
