there's no way to make an objective assessment. Not only do I feel more safe than on 9/11, my objective reality is that I am safer. In addition to my feelings the proof for me is the considerable number of interruptions by our CIA, FBI and NSA type folk in AQ planning here and in other countries since 9/11. Further, that I have not witnessed or heard of any destruction in the US caused by AQ since 9/11. That is my objective reality.
