Stretch the slider - SLIDER - all way to the left and look at the technology sector... it's finally approaching the 0 Line. The Tech Sector at one time back in 2001-02 was touching very close to minus (-80%.) So are we finally getting some kind of a long-term rebound here ? What do u think ? stockcharts.com
