As usual the S&S guys are doing a great job.

Some comments on the patents.
1) What outside source valued the patents at $20 million dollars?
2) The patent listed here is a good functional patent, but some of Turek's other patents are "ornamental" patents. In other words he patented the looks of the item and not the function. So someone could provide a different look and perform the same function. (ie: Coke bottle has an ornamental patent on it, but there are plenty of other bottles out there that perform the same function of holding liquid) So unless he has another "Coke bottle", his ornamental patents are not worth much in the industrial market.
3) His patent is from 1990 so he has only another year or two of value unless he applies for another patent on the same item citing new features. Otherwise someone can copy it, make it a nickle cheaper and sell it to Bluelinx.
