You did more than merely that. You questioned whether Kerry and Fonda met that definition. The import of their meeting the definition is that they have indeed committed treason.

"Now surely you will not argue that Kerry (and Fonda) did not adhere to the Vietcong and North Vietnamese?"

And if that is the case, then they ought to be prosecuted--yes? No?
