"Now the pumpers are blaming naked shorts for the reason this scam stock is in the toilet. When all else fails, blame those darn naked shorts! That's the ticket!

I have reason to believe this company is a pump and dump scam. Do your DD on this stock before you buy.

1. The product

My wife works with these kinds of proteins all the time, and she said that it is very unlikely that the magic disk potion will work. She said she has not seen any proteins that have the properties that are claimed here. Common sense will tell you that an injected liquid is unlikely to magically form a new disk.

Every biotech stock traded has some pipe dream medical wonder that they are touting. Most of them will fail.

2. No history of creating value

This company has created absolutely ZERO value for share holders over more than a decade. All you see on the chart is big pump and dumps. Check out this terrible chart.
finance.yahoo.com

In fact, this company has DESTROYED wealth, $57 million to be exact. From the quarterly report: "We have been unprofitable to date, and as of September 30, 2005 had an accumulated deficit of $57,000,000."

3. 17 employees

This company has been around for 12 years, and they only have "grown" to 17 employees. Maybe they started in 1992 with 5 employees, and they have added ONE WHOLE EMPLOYEE every year since!

Out of the 17 employees, how many are actually doing research? Maybe 4 to 5? I think that it is unlikely that maybe 4 to 5 researchers have come up with the cure to back problems.

Look at the market capitalization around $20 million. That is a value around $4 million per researcher. Small labs like this generally do not make breakthrough discoveries deserving of that kind of valuation.

4. Pumpers and the OTC BB

Usually, only scam stocks have attack dog pumpers like you see here. If someone questions the stock, the attack dogs will criticize their personal life, insult their intelligence, and then claim they do not know the "real" story behind the stock. Yes, all scams have good "stories".

If the pumpers really believed in the product, they would not be so defensive. The truth is they are in it for a short term gain, and then they are on to the next pump and dump scam. If they were really in it for the long term, they would not care about day to day price fluctuations and negative comments.

I have seen pumpers like this many times before, and they are always hiding something. If you want to play this stock for the pump and dump, go right ahead. Just do not let the pumpers fool you into thinking this fairy tale product will make dreams come true.

5. Mergers

Mergers are a good way for scam companies to hide their failure. They are also a good way for a company to print massive quantities of stock. When 2 loser companies merge, you end up with a much bigger loser.

6. Dilution

OTC BB scam stocks love to dilute their share holders. Check the dilution here over the last 5 years.

As of November 4, 2005, 67,265,905 shares of common stock were outstanding.
As of November 10, 2004, 39,443,374
As of November 7, 2003, 36,825,682
As of November 8, 2002, 27,449,028
As of November 9, 2001, 21,735,420 shares of common stock were outstanding.
As of November 13, 2000, 18,528,750 shares of common stock were outstanding.

Note: MOST of the junk stocks on the OTC BB ARE INDEED SCAMS that never have made a profit and never will."
