Obviously certain creeps think they can make their money guaranteed. Inssider trading scandal at SIRI.

Herwitz had advanced knowledge of positive material info and made a bundle of money off it. The creep got caught (thankfully). . At his hearing, he said he 'regrets' his illegal activity (yea BS, he wanted to get away with it the whole time). funny how criminals almost always say they 'regret' what they did after they were caught, but they'd never say so if they didn't get caught.

"ary D. Herwitz, 50, formerly of Mahoney Cohen & Co., faces up to 16 months in prison at his sentencing on March 17.

"My trading in Sirius was wrong," Herwitz told a judge during a hearing in federal court in Brooklyn.

Afterward, Herwitz ducked out of court through a side door without speaking to reporters. His attorney, Marjorie Peerce, said her client "deeply regrets what happened, and he looks forward to getting on with his life."
