Presidents have a right to eavesdrop but everytime they need to seek the permission of secret courts. They are given a grace period of 72 hours to request a secret court after the act. That is how forgiving the law is for our President. Did Bush care for all that? Heck know. And those bloody bastards thought that Clinton lied about his private lives and hence needed to be impeached. What a bloody fucked up country Bush's America is.
